摘要中医认为,小儿先天性肌性斜颈属"筋缩""筋伤"范畴.本文以经筋皮部理论的内涵、经筋皮部和斜颈之间关联性为切入点,阐释基于经筋皮部理论治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的理论依据,介绍揉捏牵转推拿法的作用机制,为临床医师治疗先天性肌性斜颈提供依据及治疗思路.
