摘要目的 探讨以协议护理理论为指导的居家护理指导对提高血液透析(HD)病人液体摄入依从性的效果.方法 将48例液体摄入不依从的HD病人随机分为观察组与对照组各24例.对照组给予常规护理与健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施以协议护理理论为指导的居家护理指导1个月,随后随访3个月.评价干预后第4个月HD病人的液体摄入依从性,家庭支持与透析间期体重增长(IDWG)的相对值.结果 干预后观察组病人IDGW/干体重显著低于对照组,依从性和家庭支持水平显著高于对照组,家庭支持与IDGW/干体重呈负相关.结论 以协议护理理论为指导的居家护理指导有利于指导家属向病人提供有效的家庭支持,提高病人液体摄人的依从性,使透析间期体重增长控制在理想范围.

abstractsObjective To observe the effect of home care nursing guidelines based on care protocol nursing theory on hemodialysis(HD)patient compliance of ingesting liquid.Methods Forty-eight HD cases were randomized into Groups A(the observation group,n = 24)and B(the control group,n = 24).The control group was given usual care and health education,and the observation group was additionally cared with home care nursing based on care protocol nursing theory for 1 month and followed up for 3 months.The compliance of ingesting liquid was evaluated and the relation between the family supporting and the IDGW relative magnitude (IDGW)was obversed.Results The IDGW relative magnitude of the observation group was lower than the control group;the compliance of ingesting liquid was more improved in the observation group;the level of family supporting of the observation group was obviously higher than the control group;and it was a negative correlation between the family supporting and the IDGW relative magnitude.Conclusions Home care nursing based on care protocol nursing theory makes patients get family support from their family that got guidelines,increase the compliance of ingesting liquid,and control IDGW during hemedialysis in an ideal range,
