摘要目的 了解吸烟冠心病患者的戒烟意愿与戒烟行为及其相关因素.方法 选择2所三级甲等医院206例冠心病吸烟患者,采用问卷涮查患者吸烟史、烟瘾情况、戒烟意愿与戒烟行为等.结果 本组戒烟成功者占32.5%,有戒烟意愿者占18.0%,没有戒烟意愿者占12.6%.出院组患者戒烟情况好于住院组患者(P＜0.01).61.53%患者认为吸烟与自己的疾病没有必然的联系,62.2%认为戒烟成功与否关键在于自己有没有信心和毅力.结论 冠心病患者戒烟的成功率好于普通人群,对冠心病患者应不失时机地给予宣教,提高患者对吸烟危害及戒烟好处的认知.

abstractsObjective To know the willing,behavior and relevant factors of Smoking Cessation of the patients with Coronary Disease.Methods selected 206 discharged patients suffering from coronary disease to do a questionnaire survey from 23 third - level grade A hospital in Beijing between September 2008 and June 2009.Results Successful patients in smoking cessation had 67 cases (32.5%),willing to quit smoking had 37 cases (18.0%),and unwilling had 26 cases (12.6%),taking action to quit smoking had 46 cases (22.3%),and preparing had 30 cases (14.6%).Discharged patients in smoking cessation were better than the hospitalized patients (P ＜ 0.01).61.53% patients think that the smoking is not necessarily linked with themselves diseases,62.2% patients think that the successful key of smoking cessation lies in their confidence and perseverance.Conclusions The successful rate of smoking cessation in the patients with coronary disease are better than the general population,so health education in smoking should be lost no time for the patients of coronary disease,in order to improve their cognitive level of harms in smoking and benefits in unsmoking.
