摘要目的 探讨外周置入中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)与经皮置入中心静脉置管(central venous catheter,CVC)的最佳固定方法.方法 将100例放置PICC与CVC的患者随机分成传统组和改进组各50例.传统组采用普通透明敷贴,改进组采用安舒妥N3000敷贴固定导管.观察2组导管不同固定方法的效果.结果 不同固定方法导致的局部感染,皮肤过敏,皮肤破溃,导管脱落,导管部分脱出,导管成角及不适感改进组明显优于传统组,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 安舒妥Ⅳ3000敷贴固定PICC与CVC导管的改良明显减少并发症的发生,延长了导管的使用时间,提高了患者的舒适度.

abstractsObjective To develop the best method of fixing PICC and CVC.Methods We randomly divided 100 patients who were using PICC or CVC into the experimental group and the control group ,each group included 50 cases.The control group with ordinary transparent and the experimental group with OPSITE Ⅳ3000 to fixing drive pipe.Then we compared the effects of fixing catheters between the two groups.Then we compared the effect of fixing catheters between the two groups.Results Comparing the happening of local infections,skin allergies,skin ulceration,catheter extrusion,partial catheter extrusion,catheters into the corner and discomfort between the two groups,experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with P ＜ 0.01.Conclusions Using OPSITE Ⅳ 3000 to fix PICC and CVC obviously reduced the happening of complications,extended the using time of catheter and improved patients' comfort.
