摘要目的 分析同剂量粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)两种治疗方法的疗效及总结护理方法,指导临床合理应用药物.方法 随机选择220例化疗后白细胞减少患者,分为治疗组和对照组各110例,治疗组针刺加血海穴位注射G-CSF,对照组上臂三角肌皮下注射相同剂量G-CSF,定期复查血常规,了解白细胞变化情况.结果 治疗组白细胞升至正常水平所需的时间、白细胞维持正常时间明显优于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针刺加血海穴位注射G-CSF治疗化疗引起的白细胞减少疗效明显,操作简便,值得推广.

abstractsObjective To analysis the effect of two method on treatment granulopenia with the same granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) , and summarized the method of nursing, given the instruction for reasonable application in medicine.Methods 220 granulopenia patients after chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 110 patients.The patients of treatment group were injected into Xuehai point acupuncture with G-CSF, and the patients of control group were injected into hypodermic with the same G-CSF.Well-regulated Check the blood routine for observation the number change of leukocyte.Results the two group had significantly difference ( P < 0.05 ) in the time of leukocyte increased normal level and leukocyte lasted normal level, furthermore, the treatment group were obviously better than the control group.Conclusions The treatment method of acupuncture injection in Xuehai point with G-CSF were obviously effectiveness, it is simple and convenient, be worthy of expansion.
