亲属活体肾移植供者阶段性健康教育效果评价
Evaluation of the effect of phased healthy education on the donors of relative living kidney transplantation
摘要目的 对亲属活体肾移植供者阶段性健康教育效果作出科学评价,同时使供者系统了解肾移植手术相关知识,正确认识供肾行为,积极配合治疗护理,提高生存质量.方法 采用随机分组,将52例供者随机分为实验组(n=26)和对照组(n=26),实验组实施阶段性健康教育,对照组按常规进行健康教育.结果 实验组对肾移植及手术的相关知识掌握程度以及对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 阶段性健康教育能提高供者对肾移植的认识,从而促进身心康复,提高供者生存质量.

abstractsObjective To scientifically evaluate the effect of phased healthy education on the donors of relative living kidney transplantation, and to make the donors realize the correct knowledge about kidney transplantation and renal contribution, leading to high obedience to the treatment and nursing and promoting survival quality. Methods 52 donors were randomized into experimental and control group, accepting staged or conventional healthy education respectively. Results Magnitude of knowing knowledge about kidney transplantation and satisfaction with nursing showed different significances between the two groups.Conclusions Staged healthy education realizes the donors about kidney transplantation and promotes phyasical and psychic recovery, improving the survival quality of donors.
