摘要目的 探讨安普帖预防PICC置管口炎症的效果.方法 将119例PICC置管的患者随机分为两组,实验组60例,裁剪安普帖封盖管口外加Ⅳ3000透明薄膜敷料;对照组59例,使用Ⅳ3000透明薄膜敷料封盖管口,均在出院当天换药,第8天返院观察两组管口炎症发生率.结果 实验组管口周围的敷料紧密无一例松脱,且无一例管口发生炎症,对照组管口敷料不同程度松散并有少量空气29例,发生管口炎症ll例.两组患者管口炎症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 安普帖固定PICC导管预防管口炎症效果好,双层敷料固定管口紧密牢固.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of preventing of pipe inflammation by algoplaque film fixed PICC tube in patients with implant tube. Methods 119 cases of the patients with implant tube were randomly divided into 2 groups; In experiment group, 60 were treated cases by algoplaque film sealing pipe add IV3000 transparent film dressings; in control group, 59 cases sealed by only IV3000 transparent film dressings.Both were changed with medicine on the day they left the hospital, and were observed at the 8th day when they returned to the hospital. Results There were no a pipe inflammation in experiment group patients, but there were 11 cases of pipe inflammation in control group the rate of pipe inflammation in two groups, there were significant differences ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions Algoplaque film fixed PICC tube can prevent of pipe inflammation. Double dressings fixed pipe is effective in fixing the pipe.
