摘要目的 探讨护理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的作用.方法 对我院2009年1月至2010年12月收治的60-91岁的老年住院患者922例进行回顾性分析.针对与老年患者医院感染有关的各种护理管理因素,开展素质教育,使护理人员认识到预防老年患者医院感染是自己的责任,主动做好这项工作.结果 老年患者医院感染患者中,以下呼吸道感染和泌尿道感染最为常见,创伤性操作、机体抵抗力下降、不合理应用抗菌药物、医务人员缺乏交叉感染意识等是影响医院感染的主要相关因素.结论 加强护理管理,规范护理操作对预防老年患者医院感染有着重要的作用.

abstractsObjective To explore nursing management in the prevention of hospital infection of elderly patients.Methods 922 hospitalized patients(60-91 year old)were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2009～December 2010.Nurses were educated about various factors influencing hospital infection.Results Among elderly hospital infection patients,respiratory tract infections,urinary trot infections were major factors.Traumatic operation,and body resistance drops,unreasonable application of antimierobial drugs,medical persons lacking cross-infection consciousness,etc.are also infection factors.Conclusions It was important to pay special attention to and strengthen nursing management and standardize the nursing procedures for the prevention of elderly patients.
