摘要目的 调查分析护理专业临床实习生心理健康状况及其对临床实习效果的影响.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自制临床实习效果问卷,对65名护理专业临床实习生进行测试,并分析SCL-90各因子与临床实习效果的相关性.结果 护理专业临床实习生心理问题检出率为28.33%.与全国正常成人常模比较,护理专业临床实习生的心理健康水平较低,且差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).其中躯体化、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执是存在的主要心理问题.护理专业学生临床实习效果与SCL-90各因子的相关性分析中,实习效果与躯体化、敌对性、偏执三因子呈中度负相关(r=-0.456,-0.437,-0.402,P＜0.01),与其他因子均呈低度负相关(P＜0.05).结论 部分护理专业临床实习生存在一定程度的心理问题,应分析成因,寻找对策,帮助他们提高心理素质、更好地完成临床实习,早日成为一名合格的护理人员.

abstractsObjective To analyze the psychological healthy condition of nursing interns and the correlation of it and results of internship of nursing interns.Methods Testing 65 nursing interns with SCL-90 and self-making test of internship results, and analyze the correlation between factors in SCL-90 and the results of internship.Results The positive rate of psychological problem of nursing interns is 28.33%.The level of their psychological condition is significantly lower than the national norm of normal adults(P ＜ 0.01).In the analysis of the correlation between the results of internship and the factors in SCL-90, the correlation is of middle level with three factors (r = - 0.456, - 0.437, - 0.402, P ＜ 0.01), and of low level with the others (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Part of nursing interns have psychological problems, measures should be taken to improve their psychological healthy conditions, in order to promote the results of their internship, and get well prepared for future clinical work.
