摘要目的 探讨将示教室培训在“优质护理示范工程”活动中应用的效果。方法 将8个示范病区按照床护比分为实验组和对照组，实验组人员由示教室进行集中培训，对照组由各科护士长负责组织培训，比较两组效果。结果 实验组护士4月基础护理服务规范操作考核成绩为(90.41±2.128)分，6月成绩为（91.00±2.368）分，基础护理质量检查合格率2010年3季度为98％，4季度为99％，对照组分别为（86.96±2.591），（86.25±4.508）分，88％，89％，差异均有统计学意义(t=9.927,9.001；x2=7.68，8.87；P＜0.05)；两组患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将示教室培训应用于“优质护理示范工程”活动，对提高基础护理质量和患者满意度均具有良好效果。

abstractsObjective To explore the application of show classroom training in “the high quality nursing demonstration project”. Methods 8 demonstration wards were collected and divided into experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was treated with showing the classroom to carry on centralism training, the control group was trained by various branches head nurses. Results In experimental group, the foundation nurse service standard operation inspection results in 4 month was (90.41 ± 2.128) ; in 6 month(91.00 ±2.368) ; the foundation nursing quality testing qualified rate of Q3 2010 was 98％ ,Q4 99％ ;In control group respectively were(86.96 ±2.591) ,(86.25 ±4. 508), 88％, 89％ ,there were significant difference (t = 9.927 ,9. 001; x2 =7.68,8.87;P ＜0.05);the patient degree of satisfaction in two groups has significant difference(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions Applying show classroom training to “ the high quality nursing demonstration project” could improve the foundation nursing quality and the patient degree of satisfaction.
