换一批摘要目的 探讨康复病房开展优质护理服务的措施和成效,全面履行护士职责,开展优质护理服务.方法 通过对医务人员的管理,统一思想,全员参与,改变护理服务模式；对患者进行管理,护理工作以患者为中心,公示服务内容完善护患沟通,改进流程,提供形式丰富的健康教育.结果 患者满意度提高至99％；护士主动服务意识增强；陪护率下降到60％.结论 康复病房开展优质护理服务提高了护理质量.
