摘要目的 探讨晚期艾滋病患者生活质量及护理干预,为提高该人群生活质量提供依据.方法 使用晚期生存质量量表(QQLC-E)对110例晚期艾滋病住院患者进行问卷调查,对存在问题的进行护理干预,2个月后再次调查.结果 110例患者干预前后情绪低落(70.9％比29.1％)、紧张(41.8％比16.4％)、担心(75.5％比30.9％)、伤心(56.6％比22.7％)、寂寞(67.3％比24.5％),差异具有统计学意义(x2分别为38.472,17.275,43.832,26.028,40.434;P＜0.01).结论 应重视艾滋病晚期患者的生活质量,给予他们更多的心理及行为干预,以提高他们的生活质量.

abstractsObjective To investigate the quality of life (QOL)and influence factors in patients with end-stage AIDS and to provide the basis for improving the QOL of these patients.Methods 110 patients with end-stage AIDS were investigated using QQLC-E questionnaire,and after two months psychological and behavior intervention in the light of existed problems,these patients were surveyed again.Results The rate of depression in these patients before and after intervention was 70.9％ and 29.1％ respectively,intensity was 41.8％ and 16.4％,worry was 75.5％ and 30.9％ and loneliness was 67.3％ and 24.5％,all the differences were significantly obvious ( x2 =38.472,17.275,43.832,26.028,40.434 respectively ; P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions We should pay more attention to the QOL of patients with end-stage AIDS,give them more support,psychological and behavior interventions.
