摘要目的 评价应用外科住院患者跌倒流程管理降低跌倒发生率的效果.方法 将跌倒高危患者跟踪评估监控流程应用于外科临床并进行动态管理,比较流程实施前(2009年)和实施后(2010年)外科高危跌倒预报率和跌倒发生率.结果 2009年的预报率为0.547 9％,2010年的预报率为1.584 2％,差异有统计学意义(x2=17.825 2,P＜0.01)；2009年跌倒发生率为0.230 7％,2010年跌倒发生率为0.027 8％,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.2306,P＜0.05).结论 跌倒高危患者跟踪评估监控流程能提高外科跌倒高危预报率,降低跌倒发生率,能有效预防外科住院患者跌倒的发生.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the effect of tracking assessment monitoring process on high risk patients of accidental falls in surgery department.Methods Dynamic management was carried on by the application of tracking assessment monitoring process. The accidental falls concurrent rate was compared between the time before (2009) and after implement of the process.Results The predictive rate was 0.547 9％in 2009 and 1.584 2％ in 2010,and the difference was significant ( x2 =17.825 2,P ＜ 0.01 ) ; Incidence of falls was 0.2307％ in 2009 and 0.027 8％ in 2010,and the difference was significant (x2 =4.230 6,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Application of tracking assessment monitoring process on high risk patients of accidental falls can increase the predictive rate of high risk,reduce the occurrence of fall,and prevent the falls of patients in surgery wards effectively.
