摘要目的 探讨手术室护士自我效能感与临床沟通能力的现状及其相关性,分析其临床沟通能力的影响因素.方法 采用护士一般情况调查表、一般自我效能感量表及护士临床沟通能力量表对92名手术室护士进行问卷调查,以了解手术室护士自我效能感及临床沟通能力,并分析两者的相关性.结果 共发放问卷92份,回收有效问卷86份,有效回收率为93.5％.护士临床沟通能力总分为(3.76±0.46)分,护士自我效能得分为(27.76 ±4.89)分,护士的临床沟通能力与自我效能呈正相关(r=0.37,P＜0.01)；多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示护士所在医院的等级是护士临床沟通能力的影响因素；二级医院的护士临床沟通能力优于三级医院护士,差异有统计学意义(t=4.012,P＜0.01).结论 护理管理者应重视提高护士的自我效能,鼓励护士采取积极的沟通方式,以提高其沟通能力,促进护理队伍的整体发展.

abstractsObjective To investigate the relationship between nurses' self-efficacy and clinic communication competency in the operating room,in order to analyze the influencing factors of their clinic communication competency.Methods General Information Questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and nurse' clinic communication competency scale were used to investigate 92 operating room nurses,in order to analyze the relationship between their self-efficacy and clinic communication competency.Results A total of 92 copies of questionnaires were gave out,86 valid questionnaires,effective recovery was 93.5％.The overall score of nurses' clinic communication competency was (3.76 ± 0.46),the score of self-efficacy scale was (27.76 ± 4.89),and the clinic communication competency was positively related to the self-efficacy (r =0.37,P ＜0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that hospital grade was an influencing factor of nurses'clinic communication competency,nurses from the grade 2 hospitals were better than nurses from grade 3 hospitals,and the difference was statically significant (t =4.012,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Nursing administrators should pay attention to nurses' general self-efficacy and encourage them to adopt active communication skills,so as to improve their communication competency and promote the development of nursing staff.
