摘要目的 探讨全程护理管理对首发住院精神分裂症患者社会功能及服药依从性的影响.方法 将196例首发住院的精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各98例,观察组采用全程护理管理模式进行干预,对照组采用优化后的护理管理模式,分别在患者入院时、出院时和研究结束时,采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、服药依从性调查问卷及满意度调查表比较两组护理效果.结果 入院时两组患者SDSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；研究结束时观察组患者SDSS评分为(3.21±2.76)分,明显低于对照组的(4.23±2.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.803,P＜0.05)；观察组患者服药完全依从率为70.53％,优于对照组的45.74％,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.31,P＜0.05)；观察组患者对护理方式、护理内容的满意度及整体满意度分别为(1.72±0.26),(1.83±0.21),(1.81±0.37)分,均优于对照组的(1.28±0.02),(1.29±0.13),(1.32±0.29)分,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为23.22,18.01,30.72;P ＜0.05).结论 全程护理管理能够促进首发住院精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复,提高患者服药依从性,巩固患者治疗效果,提高了患者及家属满意度.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of throughout nursing management on the patients with first schizophrenia in social function and medication compliance.Methods Totals of 196 hospitalized patients with major depressive disorder were randomly divided into observation group (n =98) and control group (n =98).Observation group were treated with full nursing management model intervention,while control group used the optimized nursing management model.Patients were investigated with Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS),medication compliance questionnaire and satisfaction survey,respectively,in admission,discharge and end of the study.Results No significant difference of SDSS score was found in the admission between observation group and control group (P ＞ 0.05).While observation group had significantly lower SDSS score than control group [(3.21 ±2.76) vs (4.23 ±2.19) ;t =9.803,P ＜0.05].Complete medication compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (70.53％ vs 45.74％ ; x2 =5.31,P ＜0.05).And patients' satisfaction and satisfaction on the nursing model,nursing contents respectively were higher than that of control group [(1.81 ±0.37) vs (1.32 ±0.29),(1.72 ±0.26) vs (1.28 ±0.02),(1.83 ±0.21) vs (1.29±0.13);t=23.22,18.01,30.72,respectively;P＜0.05].Condusions The throughout nursing management can promote the social function recovery of patients with schizophrenia,improve their medication compliance,consolidate outcomes and improve satisfaction of patients and family.
