摘要目的 探讨紫外线灯管与镇流器最佳匹配,以获取最佳的紫外线辐照强度和最长的紫外线灯管使用寿命.方法 选择A、B、C 3个厂家3种镇流器各5个和a、b两个厂家的紫外线灯管各5根,分别组合监测紫外线灯管的辐照强度,并将6组数据的均数与紫外线强度正常值(90μW/cm2)分别进行比较.结果 6组紫外线强度均值分别为(116.64±1.89),(96.08±2.20),(95.84±1.57),(93.16±1.62),(86.04±1.62),(81.80±2.57) μW/cm2,与正常值(90 μW/cm2)比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为99.67,19.54,26.30,13.79,17.28,22.56;P均<0.05).镇流器A、B与紫外线灯管a、h分别组合所监测的紫外线强度合格率100%,而镇流器C与紫外线灯管a、b组合紫外线强度合格率均为0,与国家标准相比差异均有统计学意义(P=0.00).结论 不同镇流器对紫外线灯管强度有一定的影响,当紫外线灯管使用寿命较短时,要及时检查其与镇流器的匹配性.
