摘要目的 探讨应用护理结局评价护理干预措施分级量表在临床实施过程中的效果.方法 通过量表评估CCU患者存在的护理问题及严重程度并评分,根据总分确定护理干预措施级别,应用护理结局分别对护理干预后第3天和第5天患者产生的护理结局进行效果评价.结果 对干预前后每项护理问题评分为3分的总例数进行比较,除社会支持缺乏一项差异无统计学意义外(P＞0.05),其他15项差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).护理干预措施实施后第3天社会支持评分为(3.54±0.36)分,第5天评分为(4.15±0.75)分,差异有统计学意义(u=20.98,P＜0.05),其他15项差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 患者对护士根据分级量表评估的护理问题采取的护理措施敏感,因此,应用护理结局评价量表的临床实施效果可行.

abstractsObjective To investigate clinical effect of nursing outcome to evaluate nursing intervention classification scale.Methods Scale was used to evaluate and score nursing problems and their severity for CCU patients.Nursing intervention level was determined according to the total score,and nursing outcome was used to assess the effect on the 3rd and 5th day after intervention.Results Cases whose score of each nursing question was 3 before and after intervention were compared.15 items had statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.01) except for lack of social support.The score of social support was (3.54 ± 0.36) on the 3rd day after intervention,and (4.15 ± 0.75) on the 5th day,and the difference was statistically significant (u =20.98,P ＜ 0.05).All other 15 items showed significant differences(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Patients are sensitive about results of nursing intervention according to nursing questions evaluated by the scale,thus application of nursing outcome to evaluate nursing intervention classification scale is feasible.
