摘要目的 探讨我国造口治疗师(ET)职业认同状况及影响因素.方法 采用护士职业认同量表中文版调查40名ET职业认同情况,并对其影响因素进行回归分析.结果 ET职业认同各维度中“把握感”得分最高(6.51 ±0.62)分,“组织影响感”得分最低(5.58±1.18)分.不同年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、编制归属和每周用于造口伤口失禁护理时间的ET其职业认同水平差异存在统计学意义(F分别为5.352,4.351,5.895,5.492,5.340,6.487;P＜0.01).职称与“造口治疗师职业认同总体水平”及“把握感”呈正相关(P＜0.01)；年龄与“有意义感”“自我效力感”呈正相关(P＜0.01)；工作年限与“有意义感”呈正相关(P＜0.01)；编制归属与“自我决定感”呈正相关(P＜0.01)；学历与“自我决定感”呈负相关(P＜0.01)；每周用于造口伤口失禁护理时间与“职业认同总体水平”呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论 ET具有较高的职业认同水平,且ET的职业认同受多因素影响,可从多方面进一步提高ET的职业认同水平.

abstractsObjective To investigate the career identity of enterostomal therapists (ET) and its influencing factors.Methods Totals of 40 ET were investigated with the Chinese version of career identity scales for nurses.Results The highest score in all dimensions of career identity was the "mastering" which was (6.51 ±0.62),and the lowest was the "organizational influence" which was (5.58 ± 1.18).ET with different ages,working years,educational degrees,professional titles,belongings and operating time in ET practice every week had significantly different career identity (F =5.352,4.351,5.895,5.492,5.340,6.487,respectively; P ＜ 0.01).Professional title was positively related to the overall level of career identity and the mastering (P ＜ 0.01),age was positively related to the meaningfulness and self-efficacy (P ＜ 0.01),working life was positively related to the meaningfulness (P ＜ 0.01),belongings was positively related to the self-determination (P ＜ 0.01),educational degree was negatively related to the self-determination (P ＜ 0.01),and operating time in ET practice every week was positively related to the overall level of career identity (P ＜ 0.01).Condusions ET has relatively higher level of career identity,which is influenced by many factors and should be further improved in many ways.
