摘要目的：探讨目标教学法在麻醉恢复室护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法以通过麻醉恢复室特殊岗位资质准入的新护士为研究对象，结合麻醉恢复室工作实际，制订3年规范化培训教学目标。每一年均设置年度理论目标和技能目标，并进行年终考核。结果通过目标教学法的实施，麻醉恢复室护士专科理论知识和技能操作水平逐年提高，所有护士均顺利晋升为护师。结论目标教学法对麻醉恢复室护士规范化培训教学效果显著，不仅能使护士扎实掌握专科理论知识和操作技能，同时也提高了临床教学质量。

abstractsObjective To evaluate the effect of standardized training with objective-based teaching method in post-anesthesia care unit nurses. Methods All the participators were new nurses qualified in post-anesthesia care unit. A 3-year standardized training project including goals of theoretical knowledge and operative skills was made for them. Results The theoretical knowledge and operative skills of the nurses were improved year by year. All the nurses were promoted to nurse practitioners. Conclusions The effect of standardized training with objective-based teaching method in post-anesthesia care unit nurses is remarkable. It can improve the clinical teaching quality by helping nurse master more theoretical knowledge and operative skills.
