摘要目的 探讨采用盖洛普理论对护士长进行领导力培训后,对护理人员工作投入的影响.方法 于2013年3—6月采用整群抽样法选取某三级甲等医院的61个临床护理单元的护士长,根据盖洛普的S路径模型对护士长进行培训. 护士长培训前后统一采用中文版盖洛普工作场所调查问卷( Q12问卷)对护士进行工作投入度的调查. 结果 管理者领导力整体处于中等偏下的水平,护士工作投入整体处于中等偏上的水平. 经过护士长的领导能力培训后,护士Q12总得分为(57. 45 ± 5. 87)分,高于培训前的(56.32 ±6.36)分,问卷各条目得分也均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 护理管理者应加强基层护理管理者领导力的培养,以提高护士的工作积极性,加强其对工作的投入度.

abstractsObjective To explore the nurse administrators after leadership training impacted on nurse′s job involvement. Methods A total of 61 nurse managers had been chosen by cluster sampling method in one class A level three hospital from March to June 2013, and were trained according to S pathway model of Gallup theory. Gallup workplace scale ( Q12 Chinese version) was used to survey nurse′s job involvement before and after training. Results The leadership competency of administrators were in the medium level. After the training of nurse managers leadership, the total score of Q12 obtained (57. 45 ± 5. 87) higher than (56. 32 ± 6. 36) before the training, and each dimensions′ score increased as well ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Nursing administrator should strengthen the training of basic level nurse administrator, so as to improve nurse′s work enthusiasm and job involvement.
