摘要目的：探讨顾问护士在综合医院外科病房的岗位设置及实践应用的效果。方法从2013年8月开始通过自愿及竞聘的原则从外科病房中选出6个病房作为试点创新病房,并各设置顾问护士1名,与医生组建医护团队,为患者提供“院前院中院后”的同质医疗护理服务。比较设置顾问护士前后患者住院满意度及医护合作满意度。结果观察组患者满意度和医护合作满意度评分分别为(23.09±1.69),(79.41±11.98)分,均高于对照组的(20.01±1.56),(72.02±12.88)分,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为6.151,2.677；P<0.05)。在校正两组其他因素,组别为两组医护合作满意度差异存在的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论在综合医院外科病房设置顾问护士,能使护士及时动态地了解患者的信息,加强了医护合作,提升了患者的满意度和医护合作满意度。

abstractsObjective To explore the effects of attending nursing post practical exploration in surgery departments of general hospital. Methods A total of 6 surgery departments were selected by principle of their own accord or competition recruitment and set up on one nurse attending post to establish doctor-nurse team in order to provide “pre hospital-hospitalization-after discharging” homogeneous medical care service from August 2013. The patients′hospitalized satisfaction and doctor-nurse cooperation satisfaction were compared before and after attending nurse post setting up. Results The scores of patients′ hospitalized satisfaction and doctor-nurse cooperation satisfaction were (23. 09 ± 1. 69) and (79. 41 ± 11. 98) higher than that of the control group [(20. 01 ± 1. 56) and (72. 02 ± 12. 88)], with statistical significance (t=6. 151, 2. 677;P<0. 05). During adjustment of the two groups′ other factors, groups were the influencing factors of nurse-doctor cooperation satisfaction and with statistical significance (P<0. 01). Conclusions To set up attending nurse post in surgery departments can promote nurses to know patients′information on time, strengthen doctor-nurse cooperation, and improve patients′satisfaction and doctor-nurse cooperation satisfaction.
