摘要目的 探讨头部姿态监测仪在微创玻璃体手术后俯卧位患者中的临床应用效果. 方法 将162例微创玻璃体手术联合眼内注入硅油或惰性气体填充术后患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各81例. 观察组使用头部姿态监测仪护理,对照组采用常规俯卧位及头低位护理. 结果 两组患者术后2个月白内障、青光眼、复发性视网膜脱离发生情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组患者正确体位掌握时间、日正确体位维持时间及日自主体位纠正频次差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);两组患者的遵医行为及对医护工作的满意程度差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 01),两组患者在维持体位时感到的舒适程度差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);两组患者术后收缩压、舒张压及矫正视力一般情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05). 结论 头部姿态监测仪使用方便、简单,缩短了正确体位的掌握时间,延长了维持时间,增强了遵医行为,提高了患者自我照护能力,同时增进患者及家属的满意度,减少并发症的发生,促进了患者早日康复.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effects of head posture monitor on the patients who accept the prone position postoperative nursing after minimally invasive vitrectomy. Methods A total of 162 patients with minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with intraocular silicone oil or inert gas filling were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table, and 81 cases in each groups. The patients of control group using a bow and supine prone position postoperative routine nursing, the experimental group used nursing head posture monitor. Results There were significant differences in the complications of cataract, glaucoma and retinal detachment 2 months after surgery ( P < 0. 05 ); there were statistically significant differences in the learning time of correct position, the average maintenance time of the correct posture and the average frequency of the autonomous body posture correction (P <0. 01); there were statistically significant differences in the medical compliance and satisfaction for health care between two groups (P<0. 01);there was no significant difference in comfort level between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ); there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and corrected visual acuity between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusions The head posture monitor is convenient and practical. Its application not only shorten the patients′time to grasp the correct position, but also help the patients maintain correct position and enhance medical compliance. It can improve the patient′s self care ability and raise the patients and their families satisfaction, meanwhile reduce the occurrence of complications and promote an early recovery of patients.
