摘要总结2例新生儿骶尾部畸胎瘤术后伤口感染的护理体会，应用湿性愈合理念，使用最适宜的伤口敷料，结合合理的抗生素使用、正确的疼痛、管道护理，体位护理，皮肤护理及充足的营养支持，2例患儿的护理效果满意，均顺利痊愈出院。

abstractsTo summarize the nursing intervention of the post-operative wound infection of two neonates with sacrococcygeal teratoma .The concept of wet healing was employed .The usage of the most appropriate dressing combined with appropriate antibiotic ,pain management,tubing nursing, baby′s position, skin care and sufficient nurtrition were the key of recovery .The two cases were both discharged satisfactorily .
