摘要目的：探讨外科手术中使用高频电刀的金属植入物患者围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析2010年4月—2015年8月第四军医大学唐都医院92例外科手术中使用高频电刀的金属植入物患者围术期护理方法及效果,总结护理经验。结果通过对外科手术中使用高频电刀的金属植入物患者进行有效的围术期护理和周密防护,92例患者均未出现高频电刀灼伤、金属植入物损伤等不良事件。结论体内金属植入物患者,按照安全使用原则,正确处理电极和负极板、功率和个体差异、切口部位和金属植入物的关系,密切防护,正确掌握高频电刀的操作规程和使用方法,才能发挥高频电刀在手术中的优势,减少不良事件的发生。

abstractsObjective To explore the method of perioperative nursing of patients with metal implants operated by high frequency electrotome in the surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of the effect and the method of perioperative nursing for 92 patients in Tangdu Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University from April 2010 to August 2015 with metal implants operated by high frequency electrotome in the surgery was made to summarize nursing experience. Results Effective perioperative nursing and careful protection were made for the patients with metal implants operated by high frequency electrotome in the surgery. None of adverse events such as high frequency electrome burn and metal implant damage occurred in 92 patients. Conclusions For the patients with metal implants in the body, according to the premise of the principle of safe use, the relationship between the electrodes and the negative electrode, between the power and individual differences, between the incision location and metal implants should be handled correctly. Close protection is necessary. The operating instruction and the application method of the high frequency electrome should be grasped correctly. Only if these are carried out, can the advantages of highfrequency electromebe revealed during surgery and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
