摘要口腔干燥是手术患者的常见症状,多因手术期严格禁饮禁食、机体代谢、分泌功能改变等的影响,以及患者在围术期的舒适感降低所致.本文综述了国内外围术期患者继发性口腔干燥现状、影响因素、评估方法以及发生机制,阐述目前的护理干预措施,旨在引起医护人员对手术患者口腔干燥症状的重视,为实施优质护理提供参考.

abstractsXerostomia, as a common symptom in surgical patients, is mainly caused by factors such as strict food and liquid fasting, body change in metabolism and secretion function during the operation period, and decrease of patients' comfort during perioperative period. In this paper, Chinese and foreign researches on current status, influencing factors, assessment methods and mechanisms of secondary xerostomia during perioperative period were reviewed, and current nursing interventions were described, so as to arouse attention of medical staff to the symptom of xerostomia in surgical patients and to provide references for conducting quality nursing.
