摘要由于职业的特殊性,感染性疾病护理人员身体和心理上均承受着巨大的压力,其身心健康状况、工作态度等不容乐观,各大医院普遍存在该护理队伍不稳定的局面.本文针对感染性疾病护理人员从业状况相关研究进行综述,旨在更深入了解感染性疾病护理人员的身心健康水平、影响因素及其干预策略,为护理管理者进一步稳定该护理队伍提供政策建议.同时,也从研究方向和研究方法等方面找出目前研究中尚存在的不足和启示,为今后对感染性疾病护理人员流动因素的更深入研究提供参考.

abstractsNurses working in the department of infectious diseases are under tremendous physical and psychological pressure due to the particularity of the unit. The physical and mental status as well as working attitude of nurses are not optimistic. The nursing teams are widely unstable in hospitals. This paper reviewed studies about nurses working in department of infectious disease, aiming to better understand physical and mental health level of nurses as well as their influencing factors and intervention strategies. It can provide policy recommendations for nursing managers to further stabilize the nursing team. At the same time, this paper finds out the existing deficiencies and enlightenment in previous studies from the perspectives of research direction and research method, and provides references for further researches on flow factors of nurses in department of infectious diseases.
