护理本科生冲突处理形态现状及其影响因素分析
Conflict resolution situation and influencing factors among nursing undergraduates
摘要目的 调查护理本科生冲突处理形态的现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 采取方便抽样,于2015年12月—2016年3月采用自行设计的一般情况调查表、情绪智力量表和冲突处理形态量表对某医科大学的200名护理本科生进行问卷调查.结果 护理本科生冲突处理形态中的整合维度得分为(3.43±0.69)分,情绪智力总分为(14.09±1.81)分;性格、是否喜欢这个职业、情绪智力是影响护理本科生冲突处理形态的因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应针对不同性格、专业认同度和情绪智力的护理本科生开展冲突处理相关教育,提高其采取整合方式处理冲突的能力.

abstractsObjective To investigate the current situation of conflict resolution among undergraduate nursing students and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 200 nursing undergraduates in a Medical University from December 2015 to March 2016 were selected using convenience sampling method and surveyed using self-designed general information questionnaire,Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-Ⅱ (ROCI-Ⅱ) anonymously. Results Scores of integration and emotional intelligence were (3.43±0.69) and (14.09±1.81). Personality,profession identification,and emotional intelligence were influence factors of conflict resolution in nursing undergraduates. The differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusions Conflict resolution education should be carried out for nursing students based on individual personality,professional identification and emotional intelligence so as to improve their ability to deal with conflict using integration.
