专科护士分层管理模式的构建与实施
Establishment and implementation of hierarchical management model of clinical nurse specialists
摘要目的 探讨专科护士分层管理模式的构建方法及实施效果.方法 由南京鼓楼医院护理教育管理委员会,于2016年1—9月,对全院93名专科护士实施分层进阶、分层使用、分层绩效激励,用全院护理质量合格率、患者满意度及专科护士工作满意度对专科护士分层管理模式的效果进行评价.结果 专科护士分层管理模式实施后全院护理质量合格率、门诊患者满意度和住院患者满意度提高、专科护士工作满意度均提高,实施前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 专科护士分层管理模式的建立有利于提高全院护理质量、患者的满意度及专科护士的工作满意度.

abstractsObjective To explore the establishment and implementation effects of hierarchical management model of clinical nurse specialists (CNS). Methods The Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital management committee of nursing education implemented hierarchical advancement, hierarchical employment and hierarchical performance incentive to 93 specialty nurses from January to September 2016. The effects of hierarchical management model of CNS were evaluated by nursing quality qualification rate, patient satisfaction and job satisfaction of CNS. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management model of CNS, it showed significant improvement in nursing quality, patient satisfaction in both outpatient department and inpatient department, and job satisfaction of CNS. The difference between before and after the implementation was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The establishment of hierarchical management model of CNS can improve the nursing quality, patient satisfaction, and job satisfaction of the nurses.
