摘要吞咽障碍是一种常见临床老年综合征,发病率较高,常会导致吸入性肺炎、营养不良、体重下降等并发症,甚至引起窒息导致死亡.本文综述了老年吞咽障碍临床管理措施的研究现状,包括吞咽风险筛选和评估方法、综合评估、并发症预防及管理、多学科团队成员管理等.目前缺乏有关吞咽障碍评估及干预的流程或指南,影响其及时评估及有效的个体化处理,迫切需要对吞咽障碍进行有效全面的评估、干预及多学科的合作管理.

abstractsDeglutition disorders (DD) is a common clinical senile syndrome with a high incidence. DD often leads to inhalation pneumonia, malnutrition, weight loss and other complications, and even causes suffocation leading to death. This paper summarizes the current research on the clinical management of DD in elderly patients, including swallowing risk screening and assessment methods, comprehensive assessment, prevention and management of complications, as well as the multidisciplinary team member management. The current lack of assessment and intervention processes or guidelines of DD affect its timely assessment and effective individual treatments. Effective and comprehensive assessment, intervention and multidisciplinary collaboration of DD are required.
