摘要目的 探讨结直肠癌术后患者疾病不确定感现状及其影响因素.方法 采用目的抽样法,选取2015年6月—2017年10月在黑龙江省某三级甲等医院行结直肠癌手术的140例患者作为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感成人量表(MUIS-A)及社会支持评定量表对其进行调查.结果 结直肠癌术后患者MUIS-A平均得分为(106.32±10.33)分,处于中等水平.文化程度、是否行肠造口术、是否出现并发症、是否知悉自己病情、社会支持度是结直肠癌术后患者疾病不确定感的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 结直肠癌术后患者存在中等水平的疾病不确定感,且受到多种因素影响.医护人员应根据患者实际情况,采取个体化干预.

abstractsObjective To explore the current situation of illness uncertainty and its influencing factors among postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. Methods From June 2015 to October 2017, we selected 140 patients with colorectal cancer surgery of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital of Heilongjiang Province by purposive sampling as subjects. All of the patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale Adult (MUIS-A), Social Support Revalued Scale (SSRS). Results The average score of MUIS-A of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer was (106.32±10.33) with a middle level. The influencing factors of illness uncertainty of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer included education levels, whether or not to be with enterostomy, complications and to learn about their illness as well as social support (P＜0.05). Conclusions Postoperative patients with colorectal cancer are with a middle level of illness uncertainty influenced by many factors. Health care providers should take individual intervention according to patients' actual situation.
