护理本科生人文关怀能力与角色认知、领悟社会支持的相关性研究
Correlation between humanistic care ability, role cognition and perceived social support of undergraduate nursing students
摘要目的? 探讨护理本科生人文关怀能力与角色认知、领悟社会支持的关系,为本科生人文关怀能力的培养提供参考.方法? 采用方便抽样法,选取2017年10 —12月辽宁省某医科大学的护理本科生279名为研究对象.采用关怀能力量表(CAI)、角色认知量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对其进行调查.相关性分析采用Pearson相关分析,采用多元线性回归分析进行影响因素分析.结果? 本研究发放279份问卷,回收有效问卷266份.266名护理本科生CAI总分为(183.87±21.61)分.相关分析显示,CAI总分与角色认知量表总分、PSSS总分呈正相关(r值分别为0.645、0.289;P<0.01).多元线性回归分析显示,角色认知是人文关怀的主要预测变量,能解释护理本科生人文关怀能力47%的总变异.结论? 护理本科生的人文关怀能力仍有待提升,护理教育者可从角色认知与领悟社会支持角度进行教育方式的创新,提升护生的人文关怀能力.

abstractsObjective? To explore the relationship between humanistic care ability, role cognition and perceived social support in undergraduate nursing students, and to provide reference for the cultivation of humanistic care ability. Methods? A total of 279 undergraduate nursing students from a medical university in Liaoning Province were selected by convenience sampling method from October to December 2017. Caring Ability Inventory (CAI), Role Cognition Questionnaire and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) were applied in the investigation. Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for influencing factor analysis. Results? In this study, totally 279 questionnaires were distributed and 266 valid questionnaires were collected. The total score of CAI of 266 nursing undergraduates was (183.87±21.61). Correlation analysis showed that the total score of CAI was positively correlated with the total score of role cognition questionnaire and the total score of PSSS (r=0.645, 0.289; P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that role recognition was the main predictor of humanistic care, which could explain 47% of the total variation of humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates. Conclusions? The humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students still needs to be improved. Nursing educators can innovate educational methods from the perspective of role recognition and social support, so as to enhance nursing students' humanistic care ability.
