情景模拟结合案例分享在老年患者防跌倒管理中的应用效果
Effects of scenario simulation combined with case share on fall prevention in elderly patients
摘要目的? 探讨情景模拟结合案例分享在老年患者防跌倒宣教中的应用效果.方法? 采用便利抽样法,选取2016年1月—2017年12月陕西省人民医院收治的老年患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例.对照组采用常规防跌倒宣教,观察组在对照组基础上,采用情景模拟结合案例分享的方法进行防跌倒宣教,比较两组患者跌倒情况、宣教效果,调查两组患者护理满意度.结果? 住院期间观察组老年患者跌倒事件发生率10.0%,对照组20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.325,P<0.05);观察组患者防跌倒知识知晓率、防跌倒意识、防跌倒措施依从性得分分别为(86.3±5.2)、(84.2±5.3)和(91.3±8.4)分,高于对照组的(76.3±4.4)、(75.2±3.4)和(71.3±5.1)分,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为9.981、9.040、12.872;P<0.01).观察组患者对护理满意度95.0%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.201,P<0.05).结论? 对老年患者采取情景模拟结合案例分享的宣教方法,能够有效提高患者的防跌倒意识,降低跌倒的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广应用.

abstractsObjective? To explore the effects of scenario simulation combined with case share on fall prevention education in elderly patients. Methods? A total of 80 elderly patients admitted in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected by convenient sampling and equally divided into two groups according to the random number table. Patients in the control group received conventional fall prevention education, while patients in the observation group received fall prevention education which combined scenario simulation and case share. Falls of patients, effects of education and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results? The incidence rate of falls in the observation group during hospitalization was 10.0%, while that in the control group was 20.0% (χ2=4.325; P<0.05); the knowledge of fall prevention, the awareness of fall prevention and fall prevention compliance scored (86.3±5.2), (84.2±5.3) and (91.3±8.4), higher than those in the control group (t=9.981, 9.040, 12.872; P< 0.01), which were (76.3±4.4), (75.2±3.4) and (71.3±5.1) respectively. The satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was 95.0%, higher than that in the control group (χ2=4.201; P<0.05). Conclusions? Fall prevention education which combines scenario simulation and case share can effectively enhance the awareness of fall prevention, reduce the incidence of falls and improve the satisfaction with nursing in the patients, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
