负压引流装置连接一次性引流袋在口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者中的应用

摘要目的? 探讨一次性引流袋联合负压引流装置在颌面部肿瘤手术患者术后伤口引流中的应用效果.方法? 采用便利抽样法,选取2017年12月—2018年3月在北京大学口腔医院外科复苏室进行观察的颌面部肿瘤术后需要进行伤口引流的患者200例为研究对象.按入组时间将其分为两组,前100例为对照组,采用单独使用负压引流装置,后100例为观察组,采用负压引流装置连接一次性引流袋.比较两组负压引流护理操作时间、引流液污染情况和引流管感染率.结果? 对照组护理操作时间为(73.57±42.17)s,引流液污染16例,引流管感染率为0;观察组护理操作时间为(49.20±22.35)s,引流液污染2例,引流感染率为0.观察组护理操作时间和引流液污染情况低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论? 负压引流装置连接一次性引流袋能够显著减少护理工作时间,降低引流液污染,不增加引流管相关感染的发生率,值得推广使用.

abstractsObjective? To explore the role of disposable drainage bag as an attachment of postoperative drainage device in oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery. Methods? Using convenient sampling method, a total of 200 patients with wound drainage requiring postoperative maxillofacial tumor observation from December 2017 to March 2018 in the PACU of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology were selected as subjects. According to the enrollment time, they were divided into two groups. The first 100 cases were the control group, the negative pressure drainage device was used alone, and the latter 100 cases were the experimental group, the negative pressure drainage device was used to connect the disposable drainage bag. The working time of nurses with drainage device, contamination of drainage fluid and wound infection rate related to drainage device were compared between the two groups. Results? The nursing operation time of the control group was (73.57±42.17) s; there were16 cases of drainage fluid contamination; the infection rate of drainage tube was 0. The nursing operation time of the experimental group was (49.20±22.35) s; the drainage fluid was contaminated in 2 cases; the drainage infection rate was 0. The working time of nurses with drainage device and contamination of drainage fluid in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Wound infection related to drainage device did not occur in either groups. Conclusions? Disposable drainage bag as an attachment of postoperative drainage device can significantly decrease the time of nursing work, reduce contamination of drainage fluid and does not increase the incidence of drainage-related infections. It can be promoted to use in clinical work.
