口腔卫生宣教对年轻恒前牙脱位性损伤患者序列治疗效果的影响
Effects of oral health education on sequential treatment among patients with immature permanent anterior teeth dislocation injury
摘要目的? 探讨口腔卫生宣教对年轻恒前牙脱位性损伤患者序列治疗效果的影响.方法? 选取2017年5月—2018年5月在首都医科大学口腔医学院急诊综合诊疗中心就诊的6~11 岁儿童及12~18 岁青少年恒前牙脱位性损伤患者共65 例,采用随机抽样法分为对照组33 例和观察组32 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强口腔卫生宣教.对两组患者口腔卫生宣教后菌斑指数、出血指数及治疗依从性进行评价.结果? 在4周、3个月及6个月时观察组菌斑指数、出血指数评价和治疗依从性评价得分均优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论? 口腔卫生宣教对年轻恒前牙脱位性损伤患者序列治疗具有积极意义,对提高儿童及青少年治疗依从性起到良好的促进作用.

abstractsObjective? To explore the effects of oral health education on sequential treatment among patients with the immature permanent anterior teeth dislocation injury. Methods? From May 2017 to May 2018, we selected totals of 65 permanent anterior teeth children with the dislocation injury aged 6 to 11 and aged 12 to 18 years in Emergency Comprehensive Medical Treatment Center, School of Stomatology, Capital Medical University. All of the children were divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=32) with the method of random sampling. Control group carried out routine nursing. On the basis of that in control group, observation group strengthened the oral health education. After oral health education, we evaluated the plaque index, bleeding index and treatment compliance of patients both groups. Results? The scores of plaque index, bleeding index and treatment compliance of patients in observation group were better than those in control group at four weeks, three months and six months with statistical differences (P< 0.05). Conclusions? Oral health education has a positive role in sequential treatment among patients with the immature permanent anterior teeth dislocation injury and has a promoting effect on improving the treatment compliance among children and teenagers.
