摘要目的调查北京市三甲医院临床专科护士的职业认同感和结构性授权现状,并探讨两者的相关性.方法采用方便抽样的方法,于2018年5月采用职业认同评定量表(PIS)和中文版工作效能条件量表(CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV)对北京市5所三甲医院的260名在职临床专科护士的职业认同感和结构性授权水平进行调查,并分析两者间的相关性.结果260名临床专科护士PIS总分为(111.36±20.15)分,处于中等水平;PIS的5个维度中,职业自我反思维度的条目平均得分最高,为(3.83±0.71)分,职业认知评价维度的条目平均得分最低,为(3.61±0.77)分.CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV总分为(63.81±15.34)分,处于中等水平;CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV评分的6个维度中支持授权维度的条目平均得分最高,为(3.52±0.89)分,正式授权维度的条目平均得分最低,为(3.14±1.03)分.PIS总分与CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV总分呈显著正相关(r=0.761,P＜0.01).结论被调查的北京市5所三甲医院临床专科护士的总体职业认同感和结构性授权水平均处于中等水平;职业认同与结构性授权之间存在显著正相关,即专科护士的结构性授权水平越高,其职业认同程度越高.

abstractsObjectiveTo investigate the status of professional identity and structural authorization of clinical nurse specialists in ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Beijing, and to explore the correlation between them. MethodsBy convenience sampling, 260 in-service clinical specialist nurses from 5 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Beijing were investigated in terms of their professional identity and structural authorization level as well as the correlations by Professional Identity Scale(PIS) and the Chinese Version of Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire (CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV) on May 2018. ResultsThe 260 clinical nurse specialists achieved a total score of (111.36±20.15)points for PIS, at a medium level; among the five dimensions of PIS, the item of "professional self-reflection" had the highest average score: (3.83±0.71) points; while the item of"professional cognitive evaluation" had the lowest average score: (3.61±0.77) points. In the six dimensions of CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV, the item of "support authorization" had the highest average score of (3.52±0.89) points while the item of "official authorization" had the lowest average score of (3.14±1.03) points. The total score of PIS was positively correlated with the total score of CWEQ-Ⅱ-CV significantly(r=0.761,P＜0.01). ConclusionsThe overall professional identity and structural authorization of the clinical nurse specialists in the five participated Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Beijing are at a medium level. There is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and structural authorization, in other words, the higher level the structural authorization is, the higher level the professional identity is.
