摘要目的? 本文采用共词分析方法探究我国中医护理领域的研究热点.方法? 下载2018年10月前收录于中国知网数据库关于中医护理文献的题录信息,抽取关键词,采用自编计算机程序处理数据、构建共词矩阵,并利用SPSS 20.0软件进行聚类分析.结果? 基于检索到的17 076篇论文,提取高频关键词,通过共词聚类分析方法归纳出了我国中医护理发展领域的研究热点,包括中医护理干预慢性病所致的心理问题、中医护理干预主要方法与模式、脑卒中康复的中医护理、中医护理技术相关研究、临床护理路径在围手术期的应用等.结论? 本研究结果可为该领域的进一步研究和发展提供理论依据和实践参考.

abstractsObjective? To explore the research hots-pots of traditional Chinese medical (TCM) nursing using the method of co-word analysis. Methods? Keywords of the literature about the traditional Chinese medical nursing published before October, 2018 were extracted from the database of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). The self-compiled computer program was used to process the data and build up the co-word matrix,the SPSS 20.0 software was used to perform the cluster analysis. Results? A total of 17 076 papers was retrieved, and keywords of high frequency were extracted. Finally, we obtained research hots-pots in the field of TCM nursing through the co-word clustering analysis method, which mainly involved the application of the TCM nursing in the psychological domain, the main method and mode of the TCM nursing intervention, the TCM nursing on stroke rehabilitation, relevant research on TCM nursing skills, clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period. Conclusions? The results of this study can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for further research and development in this field.
