摘要目的:评价居家运动对肺癌患者症状群的影响。方法:检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、CNKI、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）等中英文数据库中收录的有关居家运动应用于肺癌患者的RCT和类实验研究，检索时限为从建库至2018年12月。经2名研究者筛选文献、质量评价、提取资料后，采用Stata12.0进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献。Meta分析结果显示，居家运动对肺癌患者的情绪心理症状、部分疲乏相关症状、部分消化系统症状有效果（ P<0.05），但对肺癌特异性症状的效果不明显（ P>0.05）。 结论:居家运动能减轻肺癌患者情绪心理症状、部分减轻疲乏相关症状和消化系统症状，但对减轻肺癌特异性症状效果不明显。未来还需要高质量、大样本的研究进一步探究居家运动对肺癌患者症状群的干预效果。

abstractsObjective:To evaluate effects of home-based exercise on symptom clusters in patients with lung neoplasms.Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCT) and quasi-experimental studies on the application of home-based exercise in patients with lung neoplasms were retrieved from PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, China Biology Medicine disc (CBM), China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) , Wanfang database, Chinese Sci-Tech Periodicals Database (VIP) and other Chinese and English databases, and the retrieval period was from database construction to December 2018. After 2 researchers respectively screened literatures, assessed quality and extracted data, Meta-analysis was performed using Stata12.0.Results:A total of 12 literatures were involved. The results of Meta-analysis showed that home-based exercise had effects on the emotional and psychological symptoms, some fatigue related symptoms and some gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with lung neoplasms ( P<0.05), but it had no significant effect on the specific symptoms of lung neoplasms ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Home-based exercise can reduce emotional and psychological symptoms, some fatigue related symptoms and some gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with lung neoplasms, but it did not significantly reduce specific symptoms of lung neoplasms. In the future, high-quality and large-sample research is needed to further explore the intervention effects of home-based exercise on symptom clusters in patients with lung neoplasms.
