摘要目的:探讨二元怀旧疗法对老年结直肠癌手术患者希望水平的影响及对其配偶照顾积极感受的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法，选取2019年2—11月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受结直肠癌手术治疗的96例患者及其配偶为研究对象，将2019年2—6月住院的47例患者及其配偶设为对照组，将2019年7—11月住院的49例患者及其配偶设为观察组。对照组采用结直肠癌围手术期常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行二元怀旧疗法。采用Herth希望量表（HHI）、照顾者积极感受量表（PAC）测评干预的效果。结果:入院时两组患者的HHI各维度得分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；出院前观察组患者的HHI各维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。入院时两组患者配偶的PAC各维度得分比较，差异均无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；出院前观察组患者配偶的PAC各维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.01）。 结论:二元怀旧疗法能够提高结直肠癌患者的希望水平及其配偶的照顾积极感受。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of binary reminiscence therapy on the hope level of elderly patients undergoing colorectal neoplasms surgery and the positive feelings of care of their spouses.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, 96 patients who underwent surgical treatment for colorectal neoplasms in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February to November 2019 and their spouses were selected as the research objects. The 47 patients hospitalized from February to June 2019 and their spouses were set as the control group, and the 49 patients hospitalized from July to November 2019 and their spouses were set as the observation group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing of colorectal neoplasms, while the observation group received binary reminiscence therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The Herth Hope Scale (HHI) and the Positive Aspects of Caregiving Instrument (PAC) were used to evaluate the effects of intervention.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in scores of all dimensions of HHI between the two groups at the time of admission ( P>0.05) . The scores of all dimensions of HHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group before discharge, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in PAC scores of the spouses in the two groups at the time of admission ( P>0.05) . The scores of each dimension of PAC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group before discharge, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Binary reminiscence therapy can improve the hope level of patients with colorectal neoplasms and positive feelings of care of their spouses.
