摘要对视觉艺术疗法（VAT）的概念、实施人员、干预对象、干预方式、干预机制、理论依据、应用效果进行综述，提出培训专业实施人员、通过社区筛查患者、多学科合作促进康复、同伴支持建立兴趣小组、高校设立相关课程、养老机构与高校合作，促进VAT在我国失智症患者中的推广应用。

abstractsThis article summarizes the concept, implementers, intervention subjects, intervention methods, intervention mechanisms, theoretical basis and application effects of visual art therapy (VAT) . This article also proposes training professional implementation personnel, screening patients through the community, promoting rehabilitation through multidisciplinary cooperation, establishing interest groups with peer support, setting up relevant courses in colleges, and cooperation between nursing home and universities to promote the promotion and application of VAT in patients with dementia in my country.
