摘要目的:规范下腔静脉滤器（IVCF）置入术及取出术围手术期患者整体护理。方法:在充分借鉴IVCF医疗指南、共识的基础上，参考国内外近10年的护理循证依据，结合全国介入领域医疗、护理专家的临床实践经验，形成初版《下腔静脉滤器置入术及取出术护理规范专家共识》（以下简称《共识》），通过策划主题、撰写团队及医疗、护理审稿团队组建、《共识》框架构建、撰写任务认领、分工撰写、整理定稿、交叉修稿、公示讨论、护理专家团审稿、医疗专家团审稿、优化定稿，形成终版《共识》。结果:《共识》包括形成方法和构建、IVCF的分类及相关参数、围手术期护理评估、术中标准化护理配合、术后护理问题及护理措施、相关并发症及预防处理等内容。结论:《共识》具有一定的科学性和实用性，针对围手术期相关护理内容及临床亟待解决的问题给予诠释和总结，为IVCF围手术期护理提供临床指导。

abstractsObjective:To standardize the holistic nursing of patients during the perioperative period of the insertion and removal of the inferior vena cava filter (IVCF) .Methods:On the basis of fully drawing on the IVCF medical guidelines and consensus, referring to the evidence-based basis of nursing at home and abroad in the past 10 years, combined with the clinical practice experience of medical and nursing experts in the field of intervention, the first edition of the Expert Consensus on Nursing Standard for Inferior Vena Cava Filter Insertion and Removal was formed (referred to as Consensus) . The final version of the Consensus was formed through planning themes, setting up writing teams and medical and nursing review teams, building a Consensus framework, writing task claiming, division of writing, compiling and finalizing, cross-revising, publicizing and discussing, reviewing the manuscript by the nursing expert, reviewing the manuscript by the medical expert, and optimizing and finalizing the draft. Results:The Consensus included the formation method and construction, IVCF classification and related parameters, perioperative nursing evaluation, intraoperative standardized nursing cooperation, postoperative nursing problems and nursing measures, related complications and preventive treatment. Conclusions:The Consensus has a certain degree of scientificity and practicability. It gives interpretation and summary of perioperative nursing content and clinical problems to be solved urgently, and provides clinical guidance for IVCF perioperative nursing.
