摘要目的:探讨人口社会学资料对临床研究型护士批判性思维的影响，为提高临床科研水平提供借鉴。方法:采用便利抽样法，于2021年1—6月选取河南省郑州市3家三级甲等医院的110名负责临床研究相关工作的临床研究型护士为研究对象，采用人口社会学资料调查表、批判性思维能力测量表-中文版（CTDI-CV）对护士进行问卷调查。采用多重线性回归分析人口社会学资料对临床研究型护士批判性思维的影响。共发放110份问卷，回收有效问卷106份，问卷有效回收率为96.36%（106/110）。结果:106名护士的CTDI-CV总分为（296.25±24.12）分；多重线性回归分析结果显示，年龄、学历、职称及工作年限是临床研究型护士批判性思维水平的影响因素（ P<0.05）。 结论:临床研究型护士批判性思维能力受年龄、职称、学历及工作年限等影响，建议针对实际情况采取有效措施提升护士批判性思维能力，进而提高护士的临床科研水平。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of demographic sociological data on the critical thinking of clinical research nurses, in order to provide reference for improving the level of clinical research.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 110 clinical research nurses responsible for clinical research related work in three ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province from January to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. Demographic Sociological Data Questionnaire and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) were used to conduct surveys among nurses. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the effect of demographic sociological data on critical thinking of clinical research nurses. A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed, and 106 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 96.36% (106/110) .Results:The total score of CTDI-CV of 106 nurses was (296.25±24.12) . The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education, professional title and working years were the influencing factors of the level of critical thinking of clinical research nurses ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The critical thinking ability of clinical research nurses is affected by age, professional title, educational background and working years. It is suggested to take effective measures to improve the critical thinking ability of nurses according to the actual situation, and then improve the clinical research level of nurses.
