摘要目的:制定儿童床旁超声护理专家共识（以下简称《共识》），使儿科重症专科护士能够正确、规范地掌握床旁超声技术，从而实现目标导向性的精细化护理服务，促进患儿的康复。方法:成立共识撰写小组，以循证护理为依据，在查阅、整理国内外相关文献的基础上，结合临床护理专家的工作经验，形成《共识》初稿。遴选国内儿科及重症相关领域的护理专家、医学专家、超声专家、循证护理学者共34名，通过2轮德尔菲专家函询和1轮专家论证会，对各条目进行修改、完善后形成《共识》终稿。结果:《共识》终版主要涉及危重症患儿的超声引导下动静脉置管、肺部超声评估、膈肌超声评估及超声引导下营养管置入4个方面的内容。2轮函询专家积极系数均为100%，专家权威系数均为0.921；2轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.155、0.225，专家意见趋于一致。结论:《共识》汇总了多学科专家的建议，具有一定的科学性、实用性，可为儿科重症专科护士开展床旁护理超声提供实践指导。

abstractsObjective:To establish the nursing expert consensus of bedside ultrasound for children (hereinafter referred to as the Consensus) , so that pediatric intensive care nurses can correctly and normatively master bedside ultrasound technology, so as to achieve goal-directed fine nursing services and promote the rehabilitation of children. Methods:A consensus writing group was established to form the first draft of the Consensus based on evidence-based nursing, based on consulting and sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the working experience of clinical nursing experts. A total of 34 nursing experts, medical experts, ultrasound experts and evidence-based nursing scholars in the field of pediatrics and critical care in China were selected. Through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence and one round of expert demonstration meeting, each item was modified and improved to form the final draft of the consensus. Results:The final edition of Consensus mainly involved four aspects: Ultrasound-guided arteriovenous catheterization, lung ultrasound evaluation, diaphragm ultrasound evaluation and ultrasound-guided nutrient tube placement in critically ill children. The positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of correspondence is 100%, the authority coefficient of experts is 0.921, and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence is 0.155 and 0.225, respectively, and the expert opinions tend to be consistent. Conclusions:The consensus summarizes the suggestions of multidisciplinary experts, which is scientific and practical, and can provide practical guidance for pediatric intensive care nurses to carry out bedside nursing ultrasound.
