摘要近年来，复杂干预在公共卫生、临床研究和教育等领域的应用已成为一种趋势。复杂干预研究因其干预措施、目标人群或实施情境等的复杂性，能够帮助阐明干预措施的作用机制、确定与结果变化相关的情境等因素、评价干预方案的可行性及可推广性。本文根据复杂干预指南的更新情况，结合部分研究实例，总结了复杂干预的特征，对更新的核心要素予以总结，梳理了复杂干预设计与评价框架的发展情况，对该框架各阶段的具体内容加以解释说明，以期为国内护理领域合理开展复杂干预研究提供参考。

abstractsIn recent years, the application of complex interventions in fields such as public health, clinical research, and education has become a trend. Due to the complexity of interventions, target populations, or implementation contexts, complex intervention research can help clarify the mechanism of interventions, determine factors such as contexts related to outcome changes, and evaluate the feasibility and scalability of intervention plans. Based on the update of the complex intervention guidelines and research examples, this article summarizes the complex interventions' characteristics and core elements of the update, combs the development of the complex interventions research framework, and explains the specific content of the research phase, with a view to providing reference for the rational development of complex intervention research in the domestic nursing field.
