摘要篇首： Background:After intracerebral hemorrhage,besides take part in blood coagulation,plasma thrombin also is an important neural media.It can cause cerebral edema, damage blood brain barrier,and have cytotoxicity.We analysed the amount and the release law of plasma thrombin,and their relation to brain damage on the inpatients with hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage (HCH) who came to our hospital from 1999 to 2001.
