换一批摘要Objective To investigate relationship between elderly dementia and plasma homocysteine level.Method 69 patients with elderly dementia(ED) and 69 heathy seniles were selected and their plasma homocysteine (Hcy)level was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorescene detector.Result Plasma Hcy level in study was (26.5± 11.8)μ mol/L while in control group it was (12.4± 2.4) μ mol/L,(P< 0.001). Conclusion Higher plasma Hcy level could be a risk factor to the onset of ED.
