摘要检测人源性多肽(DCD)在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,初步探讨DCD作为乳腺癌新的生物标志物可能性。研究发现DCD在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,DCD可能通过调节NCK-WASP-Arp2/3通路影响乳腺癌细胞的生长,DCD有可能成为乳腺癌筛查和诊断的生物学标志物。

abstractsObjective:The purpose of this study was to examine the expression of Dermcidin (DCD) , a human-derived peptide, in breast cancer tissues, and to preliminarily determine the potential of DCD as a new biomarker of breast cancer. The study found that the expression of DCD was significantly higher in breast cancer tissues than that in the adjacent normal tissues. DCD may affect the growth of breast cancer cells by regulating the NCK-WASP-Arp2/3 pathway. Therefore, DCD may be promising a biomarker for screening and diagnosis of breast cancers.
