摘要暴发性心肌炎是一种以急性血流动力学障碍为主要表现的心肌炎，病情进展迅猛，病死率高。目前该病无特效药物治疗，一般采用对症及支持疗法。近年来，机械辅助支持的应用是治疗急性暴发性心肌炎的强力有效措施。本文就目前体外膜肺氧合与左心室辅助装置在暴发性心肌炎中的应用作一简单综述。

abstractsFulminant myocarditis is a myocarditis of acute hemodynamic disorder as the main per-formance,with rapid progression and high mortality. There is no specific medicine for this disease currently, which is treated with symptomatic and supportive therapy in general. The application of mechanical support is an effective measure for the treatment of acute fulminant myocarditis in recent years. In this article,we made a review on the application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and left ventricular assist device in ful-minant myocarditis at present.
