摘要心力衰竭是一种进展性疾病.尽管心力衰竭的外科干预手段仍在不断探索与完善,但在小儿的应用仍十分有限.本文着重介绍几种心脏功能外科支持治疗的方法:左心室重建术、二尖瓣成形术、心肌血运重建术.

abstractsHeart failure is a progressive disease. Although surgical interventions for heart failure are still being explored and improved,their use in children is limited. This paper introduced several kinds of heart surgery support treatment methods: left ventricular reconstruction, mitral valve plasty and coronary artery bypass surgery.
