摘要目标温度管理主要通过抑制炎症反应、保护线粒体功能、降低代谢等机制影响脓毒症进展，可在一定程度上提高患者生存率，改善脓毒症预后和结局。目标温度管理对脓毒症的发生发展有一定积极影响，可能是脓毒症的一种辅助治疗方法。本文综述近年来目标温度管理对脓毒症影响的机制研究，并总结现存问题，为开展目标温度管理用于脓毒症的实践研究提供参考。

abstractsTargeted temperature management mainly affects the progression of sepsis by inhibiting inflammatory response, protecting mitochondrial function and reducing metabolism, which can improve survival, the prognosis and outcome of sepsis to some extent.Targeted temperature management has a positive impact on the occurrence and development of sepsis, which may be an adjuvant treatment method of sepsis.This review summarized the mechanism studies on the impact of targeted temperature management on sepsis in recent years, and summarized the existing problems, so as to provide reference for carrying out practical research on targeted temperature management for patients with sepsis.
