摘要国内儿科急诊拥挤现象明显，急诊资源可能被非紧急患儿占用而延误急危重症诊治。儿科急诊预检分诊应有效分流求诊患儿，合理分配急诊医疗资源，优先诊治急危重症，保障儿科急诊医疗安全，改善患儿预后。儿科急诊预检分诊工具各地区尚未统一，对其认识和实践有待提高。本共识旨在指导和规范儿科急诊预检分诊的临床实践。

abstractsDomestic pediatric emergency department is overcrowding, which may probably due to nonurgent visits creating adverse health care effects related with exhausted emergency resources, resulting in delayed diagnosis and treatment of children with severe injury or illness.Pediatric emergency triage can effectively identify the conditions of sick children and prioritized truly urgent cases, use appropriate emergency resources, and improve safety in the pediatric emergency care system and prognosis of critically ill children.China pediatric emergency triage lacks a standard system.An improved clinical practice with a better understanding of the triage system is urgently required.This consensus aimed to guide and standardize the clinical practice of pediatric emergency triage.
